Cute but not the best quality

I bought these for my granddaughter because she loves Minnie Mouse. They run a bit small. The elastic wasn't very stretchy. My granddaughter is on the smaller end of the growth chart for a 2 year old and these were tight on her. I have bought her underwear from Old Navy that fit better and have better quality cotton. These are an okay purchase, just maybe size up.
