More than disappointed

My tote bag was never delivered By UPS or USPS for no apparent reason. Since it was one of three items on one order. Which means all three item had the same address for delivery. Two items of the same order were delivered with no problem, but the tote bag, which was shipped out first, was never delivered. UPS did some weird switching off to Usps and they claims it was returned to sender; Macys. After calling Macys costumer service twice I was told twice the bag would be rerouted to me. It never happened. Then out of the blue I noticed I was refunded money for tote bag. The money wasn’t important the bag which was a xmas gift was more important. I purchased it in early November trying to beat the rush, and when supplies were ample. Now, this particular tote bag is out of stock, apparently throughout Macy’s according to customer service Disappointment doesn’t come close to describe how feel.

Stylish but bulky

It’s a beautiful bag but a tad bit too clunky for my day to day as someone who rides the NYC subway. Wish it were more sleek and flat. It’s quite large and very boxy - I underestimated the photos. There are gaps between the zipper ends which I’m not a fan of but a stylish bag nonetheless. Just not designed with everyday work functionality in mind.
