Made well but not true to size

These boots were purchased for my granddaughter. They are very attractive and durable. I purchased a size 1, and they were a little too big for her. These boots run a little bigger than normal and in my opinion not true to size.

Never received my merchandise

My package was marked delivered but I never received it in the mail. Shipping has gotten horrible with Macy's especially around the holiday season. I called to get a refund for the item. I still haven't received a refund for the inconvenience, I'm LIVID!
