Sizing is way off

The jacket itself was very nice but the sizing was way off. I purchased a size medium because of the measurements that were listed but I really needed a size small. The size chart needs to be updated with the actual style of the jacket. Size small is sold out now so I had to return it for a refund. Not happy at all.
