Runs Tight Across Shoulder, Size Up

I ordered a PM based on sizing chart which should have given me plenty of room. I'm 31" in the waist. But the top across my shoulders and underarms is a bit tight. If you tend to be well endowed on top, size up. I should've ordered PL.

Horrible material

I was so disappointed in this DKNY blouse. It felt like I was putting on a plastic bag. Material was so cheap and uncomfortable. The top was expensive! I had to take a double look when I was trying on items in my order to see what brand it was. I was shocked it was DKNY. It was returned!
