It’s nice but not a value

Great bag but the stitching on the straps comes apart easily. That made the bag look cheap.

Beautiful leather but straps too long

Love the look and the texture but the straps were way too long. I had to take it to a cobbler to get them shortened.

strap too long

I love everything except the long, not really adjustable, straps. There is no way to even add holes to be able to shorten the straps because the buckles do not go all the way. The backpack sags away from my back and goes down to the lower back. Size and capacity is great, shitake color is nice, closure is good, seems durable enough to last a while. Just awkward to wear.

I want to exchange it pleases

I got it as a gift for a friend's birthday but she texted me yesterday that she doesn't carry back packs so i went to macys yesterday if it could be exchanged but unfortunately they cant as its last call 😞i would appreciate if i could and my friend could enjoyed her gift .

Shoulder Straps only fit for a Giraffe!

Straps are rediculously too long, which sags the bag even at the tightest position for all but Giraffe Models, Plus Size and maybe massive puffy winter coats. The adjustable shoulder straps widen at the tightest position of the strap PREVENTING you from hole punching for a fit. There was no way to save the bag. DKNY almost seemed to defeat the idea of wearing this backpack normally or it was given thoughtless testing before production. What? Fits fine on our 6'9" supermodel? Duh whats the problem?" Zero Stars for the bag, 5 Stars to the Macy's Associate who handled the exchange for my new bag ...that I LOVE!!!

The bag was very reasonable, spacious, and amazing! I got the bag during Macy’s bag sale and happy I was able to purchase.

Latch

I love that this DKNY bag because it goes with almost everything and has just the right amount of story capacity. It's very comfy to wear, so now I know you are wondering why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The latch. The latch doesn't connect as easily as it should, and if it doesn't latch just right, all your stuff will fall out. I know because it happened to me.
