Great Dress but Nauseating Fragrance

Great design and fabric by DKNY (with pockets) that I had ordered for special occasions. When it arrived, it had been rolled up and crammed into an unlabeled bag. There was a long make up streak on inside of one of the v neck sides. To add insult to injury, the dress smelled of some type perfume, cologne, etc., that permeated the room where I had hung the dress. I am returning it the same way. This is occurring more often with Macy's, and that's disappointing given the company's many improvements.
