Great item but extremely disappointed

I love the Jacket but was extremely disappointed in the condition in which it was delivered. I was so excited about picking up the Jacket but when I pulled it out of the plastic I couldn’t believe what I saw. There was all types of hair as well as what looked like animal fur all over the item. I returned it in less than an hour. Was told that there was none other available for an exchange.
