Received wrong jacket

I ordered the DKNY Women’s Commuter Full-Zip Jacket, but I did not receive this item. Instead, I was sent the DKNY Women’s Hooded Jacket with Logo Elastic Detail—the same jacket I already own. I ordered this because it appeared to be a similar but different style, which caused confusion when the wrong item arrived. I’ve always enjoyed purchasing DKNY from Macy’s, but after this experience, I will no longer be doing so.😑
