Item doesn’t match the description

The jacket came in looking different from the description. The cuffs were sewed together, the chest pocket on the outside was sewed as well, even though on the description all of these items were stated as open. While I’m processing an exchange (I still want to have this jacket but in a correct look), I lost money on currency exchange. I was paying with a card from another country, and this makes the experience even worse
