Elegant but a bulky

Beautiful coat but bulky for someone who is 5" and petite. Very elegant coat though. Had to return it since it was so big and bulky.

cannot return

When I purchase this item it did not say cannot be returned. The item is too small for me. I tried returning it and now they say it cannot be returned final purchase. That is not even on the receipt either. It has the return instructions. I am very disappointed. I have to pay for something I cannot wear.

Perfect Trench for Europe Trip

I bought this trench coat in black for a fall Paris/London trip. This coat is stunning with the gold buttons, and it was the perfect weight, not too light but not too heavy. Also the style was perfect, figure flattering.

I would return if I could

I will stop buying Last Act Final Sale Merchandise from Macy's. the coat arrived with a dirty collar very wrinkled folded in a too small bag. it doesn't smell good either. lately I've been getting crappie stuff from Macy's. the merchandise seems more like it's from a Thrift Store than a Upscale Department Store. I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Beautiful style

Purchased in black. It’s very nicely made. Fitted style but not restrictive. I love it but was wanting something a little less dressy. Fit was accurate.
