Macys ruined a special Christmas gift

I ordered a special Donna Karan dress for my wife for this Christmas which is our first together. I paid extra for it to be wrapped and express shipped to arrive on time. Today I received it and not only was it not gift wrapped but it was rolled up into a ball and placed in a plastic bag. I have had cat food delivered with more care. When I presented them with the issue they gave me a couple dollars back to cover the gift wrapping and told me I could drive 90 minutes roundtrip to my nearest Macy's and they will wrap it for me. I don't iron and I am horrible at gift wrapping so they have turned a special gift into something I am embarrassed to give her. See photo below
