One Nice Dress; One Previously Worn and Returned
I ordered this dress in a size 14 and 16. The size 16 did not fit me well, although it is a very pretty dress. It arrived boxed, on a hanger, with tag attached and wrapped in plastic. The size 14 arrived in a plastic shipping bag, no tag, no plastic, no hanger. It was very obvious this dress had been worn - pilling around neck, arm holes and sides and black dirt on bottom of hem. I did not bother to try it on as even if it had fit, I was not keeping a returned dress in that poor of a condition. This dress should never have been sent to a customer after it was worn and in the condition it is in. I returned both dresses for a refund.

Poor Quality
I loved the colors on this dress. I took it to the dry cleaner before wearing it for an out of town wedding. I didn’t check the dress after the cleaners and just packed it in my luggage. The day of the wedding, I pulled out the dress then realized how awful it was. The dress was full of lint balls, the bottom seems were loose. I worn it anyways because it was the only dress I had. Once I got home I took it to the cleaners and showed them the dress. The cleaners said that’s all from the fabric and I should bring it back to Macys because of such poor quality.
Disappointed in purchase Donna Karan DKNY
DKNY Donna Karan should be embarrassed to have her name on this dress. Wore it for a few hours and the material is frayed so bad it could not be worn again.
