Expensive and very bad quality not worth it

I regret purchasing this blouse. The gold piece in the center, which was the main reason I chose this item, came out of the fabric after only one use. It cannot be put back in place, which has completely ruined the blouse. Considering the price, this level of quality is extremely disappointing. An item worn once should not fall apart, especially when the decorative detail is a key design feature. The blouse is now unwearable and not worth its cost. I would like to formally complain about this issue and request a return or refund.
