Not Returnable

Well unfortunately I did not pay enough attention prior to buying. The fress was on final markdown and I cannot return it. The worse part is that it does not fit me properly. It is very narrow through the hips. I can get it on but wouldn't be able to sit down. The fabric doesn't even seem like fabric and has absolutely no give in it. Don't buy this dress unless you can try it on before purchasing.
