Do not recommend

The shoe looks nice but gets dirty too easily. One time use and already looks like an old shoe with all the dirt. Does not clean well either. I regret purchasing this for my husband.

Great return

These shoes are heavier than they look and the feaux-leather looks cheap. Those problems were not deal breakers, but unfortunately my left heel kept slipping out with every step and so I returned them. The great news here is that Happy Returns works very well. I took them to my nearby UPS return station and they scanned the code from my phone and then unpacked the shoes from the box, and I was refunded within one day, maybe instantly. It was a very satisfying return experience.
