horrible customer service

wow! i'm shocked at macy's unprofessionalism. I ordered shoes and 3 other items ONLY because these shoes were avvailable for store pick up. That was over a week ago and still the shoes aren't even at my local store for pick up. I wasted so much time going to get them on friday after thanksgiving. will never again order on macy's online for store pick up. I will likely never use my macys card again.
