Comfortable pillow
I need to keep using it so it gets the shape of my head and shoulders. I’ve most admitted that its uncomfortable but it is only cause is brand new and a little fluffy for my liking.

Comfortable
So far so good. It's comfortable to sleep on and allows for a good night's rest.
Order was only half delivered
Pillow is great, but we only received 1 of 2. Customer service consisted of a virtual bot. Nothing was offered for our inconvenience. We were also told that if they didn't have the item in stock, we would be forces to received our money back, not a comparable product. After 40+ years of shopping at Macy's, I believe I will be in search of a company that values their service to their customers.

I’m not really happy with this particular pillow it’s not comfortable at all… kind of stiff

I found this to be a comfortable pillow. I’m a side sleeper, so I thought I’d try it since it was a decent price. Firm but comfortable. I like support.

not Happy at all with the size and shape....... supposed to be good for your spine, did not find that to be the case at all .
