Decent side sleeper

I'm always on the hunt for the perfect pillow, as side sleeping presents challenges. Suffocation if too soft, sore face if memory foam too hard, sore neck if too high/low. This one is a bit of a goldilocks, not too high or low, and has the key component, the 'shoulder cutout.' I gave it 4 stars because I'm a small frame (5'6", 114 lb) it is a bit high for me, putting my spine slightly out of alignment. It's become my nap pillow, not my nightly pillow. For anyone else with slightly more height/girth, I 100% think this pillow would be a perfect fit.

Best pillow

I’ve tried many pillows-expensive ones and this one is the best more comfortable pillow I’ve had. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and this pillow has completely made it go away. I just wish it came in a bigger size it’s a pretty small pillow.

Comfortable pillow

I need to keep using it so it gets the shape of my head and shoulders. I’ve most admitted that its uncomfortable but it is only cause is brand new and a little fluffy for my liking.

Order was only half delivered

Pillow is great, but we only received 1 of 2. Customer service consisted of a virtual bot. Nothing was offered for our inconvenience. We were also told that if they didn't have the item in stock, we would be forces to received our money back, not a comparable product. After 40+ years of shopping at Macy's, I believe I will be in search of a company that values their service to their customers.

Good purchase

I found this to be a comfortable pillow. I’m a side sleeper, so I thought I’d try it since it was a decent price. Firm but comfortable. I like support.
