Runs small

Beautiful pair of boots but my normal size 8 fits like a 7, too painful to even try! And now they are out of stock!!!!!

Hung out to dry two days before Chirstmas

I ordered these the day before Thanksgiving online. On December 8th, I received an email stating they were backordered and would ship on December 12th. Decided to get online and check on this shipment December 21st. Was told that the item is unavailable and they are cancelling my order. No email, no warning, no substitutions, just "sorry for the inconvenience". DO BETTER MACY'S!

sizes were off

I returned these. I wear a size 10 and these were too big on my left foot but just right for the right foot, go figure?
