I ordered the vacuum there months ago. For first few weeks it worked really good. But after three months working (I use vacuum once a week) it does work.

Hesitantly ordered this vacuum because if price. Item was shipped in good time. The suction on the vacuum is amazing. Cleans very well. Love it! No messy bags and I like how the body is clear to see how much debris is collected to know when to empty. No guessing here.
Disappointed in Dyson's Quality
I have an 11 year old Dyson upright and am very pleased with its performance. This DC#39 will not pick up on anything but the shortest nap of rug. The beater bar does not work and I am really disappointed in Dyson and Macy's.

I needed a new vacuum saw this on sale bought it and I love it!

Little disappointed with this one. Was so happy to get the sale but being 5’ 1” I didn’t expect to be bending over to vacuum and wind up with a backache. I should probably call and find out if I can purchase another piece for it.

Dyson makes the most efficient vacuums - excellent suction and beautifully simple design. It's easy to clean, no bags. This price for a Dyson makes it a great buy. I have tried many vacuums, and this one is the best engineered, most efficient, easiest to use and very reliable. I highly recommend it.
