NEVER RECEIVED THE SHOES

I ordered shoes for my daughter and says on my Macy’s account that it was delivered and I have never received the shoes. Went to Macy’s and the sales lady said to call customer service. The representative gave me a different number to call because they do not deal with any of that issues. Been a Macy’s customer for more than a decade and this was the first time I’ve experienced a problem with delivery. Nonetheless they didn’t even refund my order.
