Disappointing with the shipping process

I online ordered and shipping to the local store but didn’t receive it. And the order status stopped on “Processing”. Tried to call the customer service few times but no change. Very disappointed.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Sizing is true to size. I walked 2 miles in them my first time wearing them. Highly recommend. I got them in gray. They are cuter than a sneaker.

True to size and very comfortable. I needed something to walk to work that was comfortable and I found these easy spirit. I got them in black and loved them so much I ordered another pair in black and I got a pair in grey.
