boat shoes with an uncomfortable back heel

A very nice-looking shoe, but the back part of the heel dug in and felt too tight. I could tell long wear would cause blisters, so I returned them.

Nice shoe

Love these. Cute. Would have given 5 stars, if they didnt slightly rub my ankle bone. Wish the side was cut lower. I bought pads to counter the problem.

Cute but huge

Ordered 8W, my usual size in other brands like Clarks and Hoka, but these were too long overall! There’s supposed to be one finger width at the end of the toe, but these had two. They are super cute and accomodate my mini bunions, though, so do I reorder a half size or whole size smaller? I’ll try 7.5 first, I guess. The heel is too wide, but I think I can fix that with stick-on heel cushions. Gold is as pictured - nice neutral tone with shimmer.

So comfortable and cute

I read the reviews that said the shoes were loose in the heel and that's true, but -- you can lace them up. After all, who wants a super tight shoe in the summertime...not me. I have a thin foot and wear either an 8 or an 8 1/2 and the 8s were just right. They are so comfortable -- right out of the box. So, they have my vote. Plus I don't have a lot of cushioning on my foot -- mostly just bone and skin so any shoe that has some softness in the sole works for me. And Sperry's are kinda blah......And these Easy Spirits look spiffy with white p;ants and a navy blue top. Buy them!
