sold me worn boots

these boots were wrapped in plastic as if new...they had cat hair or dog hair all over them with scuff marks and dirt on sole...this has never happened to me before with Macy's...makes you question quality control....

easy spirit booties

Had a pair of easy spirit booties, similar style but with a zipper, that lasted me forever and was excited to order this pair in taupe, but unfortunately, they don't seem as comfortable as expected - the material in the heel area feels very stiff - like cardboard. Also, the taupe color is much darker than pictured/displayed on my screen. They seem true to size. I did order W even though I normally buy regular shoes.

Comfortable Slip-on Bootie with No Zipper

I like that this shoe has no zipper but instead pops on easily. It is very comfortable on the foot. The sold is not overwhelming yet is broad enough to add style. Best of all, it is water repellent and/or can be spot-cleaned. I am size 6.5 but purchased size 7 since one foot is larger; neither shoe slips as I walk. Also, these booties are keeping my feet warm in really cold weather.
