Delivered incorrect item to incorrect address

Delivered wrong shoes to wrong name. I am in Colorado and the shoes I rec’d are for someone in New Jersey. Now I have to return these and the shoes I ordered are sold out. Every single time Macys uses a delivery service other than ups or usps, there are issues. This has happened at least 5x. Unfortunately you don’t know who the shipper is until it’s done. Macys is losing money with this practice and aggravating customers like me who will shop where orders actual arrive correctly.

Runs small!

I gave these shoes 3 stars because I have to return them. They are way too small. I wear a size 10 and these fit more like a 9 or 9-1/2. If they would have fit. I do think they would have been very comfortable. The style is cute enough- but still looks too much like a slipper rather than a shoe to me.
