Terrible way to conduct business

BAD.. With all of the technology today Macy’s is so behind that they advertise, sell, and take credit card info, of people, then 3-4 days later, just cancel it, never even had this item? Why are you wasting people’s time.

Not as pictured

These boots arrived in a damaged box and SMELLED of chemicals. Cheap looking and not as pictured. Returning.
