Who knows? Maybe I would have loved them. But, I never got them….. I received some other random shoes not even in my size. I understand human error. The help person was very nice, BUT the solution (per his supervisor) was unacceptable. They said I could get a refund (sale amount) and then I could check frequently to see when they were back in stock. Once I ordered, they would “honor the original sale price” I paid…..but there’s no voucher, card, or certificate available to make this happen….I would need to call customer service again and “tell them”…..What???? No thanks - I’ll purchase shoes somewhere else. Shame on Macy’s.

I love the look of these shoes, but the problem is that as I was wearing them, they stretched out and are now too big. There is no way you can tighten them, so I only get to wear them once. I'm not sure if Macy's would take them back. They were comfortable at first, I suggest you buy a narrow or smaller size since the strapes stretch so much.

Ordered a 6N and it was too wide for me. It's too bad because it seems very comfortable.

Shoes were adorable. Even in a narrow, they were not narrow enough for my feet.
