Never recieved item.

Item was ordered on the 11th of Jan. I never recieved it, had to keep tracking, than called DHL, thats who had it last on the 13th of Jan. I called Macy's and they submitted a request to the company that shipped the item and requested to reship. We will see if I get it. I don't like being charged for an item I have not recieved. I hope I get the item, otherwise I'm checking all the time to see if they credited me! I wiil change my rating possibly if I get the product!
