Macy representatives play games

I have had the unfortunate situation with Macy representative Riyansh,. She made me wait and wait and wait..... refused to answer my questions and solve the problem of a return that was not funded. She said there was something wrong with my address. That's after she made me wait a long time. She must have been smoking. I looked at what I gave her and it was 100% correct. She wanted me to send my address again in spite of I told her it was correct. I asked for a supervisor and told me it would be another 20 minutes more. The she just disappeared and left me hanging. Supervisor did not answer. Unacceptable Customer service and she should be fired.
