Poor quality emerald

When I received this ring, I was surprised: and not in a good way. The ring shown on the web page is truly lovely with a richly colored nice size emerald. I always expect some inclusions with natural gems, but the emerald on the ring I received was very pale and had lots of white cloudiness with no sparkle at all. I have countless Effy rings, so I was pretty shocked to see that Effy had chosen to use such a poor quality stone in this ring. (The two stars are for the design, workmanship and quality of the diamonds.)
