Dull and dingy

I purchased the emerald ones and these earrings make me want to never purchase jewelry from Macys ever again. They look absolutely nothing like the online photos. The stones are cloudy and are different shades of green. The gold looks grimy and has no shine to it. The clasp is bent on one of them. I’m not sure if maybe I got a used pair?? They just look awful. Not even worth a sale price. I am returning them.
