Stone Fell Out

The ring is beautiful. However I needed to have it sized down. The next day after it was sized by Macy’s, the stone fell out. I purchased insurance in advance, but it was not helpful. Macy’s was unable / unwilling to replace the stone or the ring. I was refunded in full, but was left with no ring. Buyer beware!
