Bad quality

I purchased this ring about two months ago and only wore it a couple of times—never even for a full day. Unfortunately, the stone fell out and was lost, leaving me with just the ring setting. I contacted customer service hoping for a repair or replacement, but was told that because more than 60 days had passed and I did not purchase the warranty, they could not help in any way. No repair, no replacement, and no refund. I’m very disappointed with the quality, especially given how little the ring was worn. A ring should not lose its stone under such minimal use. I’m now stuck with a damaged item and no support from the company.

Looks Nicer in Ad

I bought the ring on sale, because it looked beautiful and fashionable in the pictures. The ring looks very nice in the close-up glamour shot, but looks like costume jewelry IRL. Very expensive costume jewelry. Plus, the gold looks very dull and the diamonds are barely noticeable. Moreover, the price tag on the ring was $1.5k less than the selling price at Macy’s. I thought that I was getting a good deal, but not so much after seeing the upsell price.

Exquisite piece - just beautiful

The quality of this piece is truly appreciated. I was thrilled upon opening the box. Just what I was looking for. My particular ring did not have the swirling colors as shown, but still a gorgeous piece.
