Fraud

Purchased this ring online (on sale). The next day, Macy's cancelled the order and told me it was "out of stock". This was a lie. They just made a mistake on their pricing and would not honor their posted price. After a call to customer service, I think their customer service people for online orders could use a grand dose of education when dealing with customers (at least if they want to continue to receive your business).

Disappointed

I was disappointed with the lack of shine and color from the sapphires. The photo is so brilliant I’m not sure any ring could be as bright. I have returned the ring.

Love the photo of this ring. If it looked like the photo, I would have kept it my ring had dark, murky colored stones. Not at all typical of Effy.
