Defective item

I was very excited to find this necklace as it kept on getting sold out, I got it a few days after I ordered it which was great but when I went to try it on the chain broke! Luckily this happened at home and I was able to notice it because I would’ve been devastated to have lost it out in the street. The cross is BEAUTIFUL, if it weren’t for the cheap chain I would give this five stars.
