Received used product

I was looking forward to these plates for Thanks giving. Opening the package it looks like 2 of the plates are used and not washed. It has orange oily stains on it. I couldn’t attach a picture here. Also the trim is not really gold it looking more brown. Returning it!

Nice and Sturdy Salad Plates

Just received my Elama salad plates and love the matte finish and weight. The packaging was excellent as there were no damage to the plates. Although the description says gold tone trim, it actually is more like a bronze color to the trim. What is also nice is the offer that came with the plates for a free full year warranty at no extra cost.
