Looks Nice!

I purchased 2 sets and haven’t had them very long, but they really look nice! I also like that they are microwaveable. I had my last set of dishes for 5 years and hope these last as long!

Nice looking but customer service is a challenge

We ordered 2 sets of these. They are really nice. They were packed well but despite the extra packing two of the items had sharp chips on the rims when they arrived. There is a card included that says they will replace any broken items no questions asked with their phone number and website. Nobody answers the phone; the message left has yet to be responded to and the email I sent has not yet been responded to either. I would be happy to update my review when this changes. The post card acknowledges that things can break during shipping and handling. I do have to say that these couple of sharp chips were way less than the broken pieces from another department store we bought dinnerware from and those weren’t even shipped to us. Hopefully they will respond and honor their warranty so we can have our complete sets ready to use soon.

Beautiful but too heavy!

Dishes were beautiful but much too heavy, especially for Seniors.My dishes are sitting in a shelf because I cannot use them except for the cups.
