Mugs

I was so excited for my new mugs BUT a soon came I rune to opened and so sad wasn’t in good condition!! I’ll NOT recommend this company brand well it was my first time buying something from this company but NO thank you!! And to let me put the review I have to give a at least one star but I didn’t want to give any

A good set

I received a set of 12 Madeline Elama mugs. The mugs arrived in good packaging but one mug has a chip. Other 11 mugs are in good condition. Overall, a good set and looks elegant. Good to serve tea/coffee to guests. I have written to Elama for one replacement mug as per the instructions in the package. I hope that Elama will send me one replacement mug.

Nice mugs

The mugs look exactly as pictured and are of superior quality. Unfortunately one mug arrived chipped either in shipping or missed during quality checking. I will be calling elama to replace and can update the review after.
