Crack with hot items

They are exactly as pictured, however cup are cracking every time I pour hot water in to make tea. Complete waste of money

Beautiful and Quality Set

I am in love with this dinnerware set! All pieces feel durable and heavy. The set arrived completely intact and triple boxed - plates, bowls, mugs in their own boxes inside of a box inside of another bigger box. The elk design is a perfect accommodation to my home. Extended warranty is available for a limited time.
