Incomplete Set and No Help from Macy’s

I ordered this duvet set over a month ago, to use it for Thanksgiving. The color was perfect, so I stored it away. When I finally opened it, I was shocked to find that the set was incomplete it only included the duvet cover and no pillowcases, even though it was advertised as a three-piece set. I explained that it wasn’t my fault I hadn’t opened it sooner; I had no reason to check it right away because I had bought it specifically for Thanksgiving. I trusted Macy’s and assumed everything would be as described. But it’s frustrating to be told there’s no help for something that clearly isn’t the customer’s fault. Now I’m stuck with a duvet cover and no matching pillowcases, and Macy’s refuses to take responsibility. I didn’t pack this item, and I shouldn’t have to lose money over an incomplete order. I’ve shopped at Macy’s for years, but this experience has truly disappointed me. I learned the hard way, Macy’s won’t help if the time window passes, even when they’re the ones at fault.

Poor quality. You get what you pay for.

Very poor quality, not even worth the very low price. Thin, very wrinkled, didn't accommodate my quilt. Don't be lured by the nice pictures and the bargain price.
