Pump mechanism needs improvement

I love this product, but once it gets about 2/3 of the way down, the pump gets stuck in the down position and has to be manually pulled up, which works for awhile. Then it stops all together, although there is still plenty of product in the bottle. Can!t unscrew the cap to get to remainder of product.

Not for dry skin

Another product I love but I rather 2 other cleansing products better . My skin is dry so I find this one leaves my skin a bit dry after use . If it weren’t for this I’d give it 5 stars . This isn’t an issue about the product rather about my skin type .
