Need a refund

I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered my elf on December 2 and paid for 2-3 day shipping. It’s December 15 and still no elf. I have a 2,6 and 7 year old that was so excited now we still doesn’t have an elf. So disappointing!

I ordered the elf in the shelf boy in the darker skin tone. He is so cute! He looks just like my son and he absolutely loves him! The price was also very reasonable. He will be part of our Christmas tradition for years to come.

Other occasion to buy:Address reverted to old Address in another State. I was told nothing they can do. Call UPS. So new no tracking number yet. Ridiculous!! Will never order again. I ordered 2 weeks prior no problem.

Cant fix problem if error found 45 min after order

Never got my stuff. Sent to wrong address.
