good rice cooker

I've wanted a stainless rice cooker to replace our old, small, scratched up nonstick model and found this one on sale. Bottom will stick if not oiled. I'd buy this again.

Never again buy this

When ever I used this rice cooker it burns the rice the cook button or keep warm button stuck.

Size not right!!

Just started using it, seems to be working ok so far, but it is definitely not a 10 cup size as mentioned, it cooks a max of 3 cups (dry rice grains)!!

Defective or lousy

I purchased this less than a month ago, used it twice and it goes from cook to warm in less than 10 minutes and the rice is still not cooked. I hope it’s just defective and I would appreciate a replacement.

Not a true size

The description said “ 10 cups,” but it is 5 cups. Also, you have to click to unfold the full descriptions. Were states “ 5 cups uncooked /10 cups cooked rice”, which doesn't make sense because the pot is small, and will not have space to hold 10 cups of cooked rice. This is very frustrating, especially when you live overseas and you can’t send it back.

Great but small capacity

Works fine but smaller than I thought. Made 3 cups rice which almost filled it when cooked. I would guess 4 cups uncooked would be the most it could handle.
