Not as good as I hoped

Based on mostly good reviews we bought this toaster to replace one that was starting to be less reliable. We've had it only a couple months and are NOT impressed. It toasts very unevenly, no matter how we arrange the bread. One side gets brown, the other doesn't. If you put two slices in as they show (one piece in middle of each slot) neither toasts evenly on any side, and the middles are barely toasted at all, while the edges are nearly burned. VERY DISAPPOINTING, and we DO NOT RECOMMEND this brand/model.

Still not delivered

I would give a reword if the toaster is delivered. It’s been 2 weeks!!

Seems Good

Just received it, it took about 3 weeks to ship. That said it is nice, sleek and seems to work well and have nice features. Not familiar with this brand so let's hope it's long lasting/reliable,

Receive my toaster today,was really disappointed about the way it was deliver….It was in the open for everyone to see!!!You have to do better than this Macy’s!!!!!

Requires more countertop space

The toaster cooks beautifully. I have used it with multiple types of bread and it worked well for all. I like having the long slot so I can toast bread from the bakery. The shortcoming from my standpoint is that it takes up a lot of counter space. It also has the setting and counter on the front but with the pull down on the side. It’s somewhat awkward and I kept bumping my hand into something else on the counter whenever I started to toast. If you’ve got plenty of countertop space then this selection should be fine.

Awesome Toaster!

This toaster’s features include a bagel function that toasts bagels perfectly. That was a requirement. We also like the digital countdown feature. It also has extra long and wide slots for toasting a variety of breads. We are very happy with the toaster and highly recommend it.
