Was told it would be shipped on 12/19/25 and had to call about it. Was told it would be shipped on 12/29/25. Still waiting to receive it. Had to tell daughter that her gift was not received by Christmas.....Still waiting.

Locking lid slow cooker not great
I loved the idea of the locking lid but it wasn’t easy to open. It was awkward. The way you have to pinch the side to open and lift was not convenient so I returned it.

Excellent product!!
I got this not long ago and I am absolutely glad that I did is the best slow cooker I have ever used not to mention it is digital and that makes it so much better it heats up fast and Cooks perfectly I would definitely recommend getting this slow cooker

This is not a fancy slow cooker. It does the job, but it lacks many of the bells and whistles that would make it really a preferred addition to your kitchen. There is no programmable timer, steam vent, or locking lid for travel. The best feature of the crock pot is the depth, it's great for larger roasts or other things that need more space.

I was given the chance to test this slow cooker out for free and it’s so big and great for big pota of chili and soup! I like the digital interface it looked nice and worked well! I really liked the weight of the slow cooker too and it worked well!

The best slow cooker I’ve owned!
Elite Platinum - Elite Platinum 8.5Qt. Stainless Steel Digital Slow Cooker makes it possible to cook meals at home without standing over the stove or even being confined to the kitchen. I like that I don’t have to use any cooking oil with whatever dish I’m preparing in this slow cooker and so far everything has tasted amazing, juicy and tender. This beautiful stainless steel digital slow cooker has high, low and warm settings but they aren’t preset, once you set it on high, low or warm you can adjust the temperature within that range. I really like being able to start dinner when I leave for work and able to serve dinner when I get home from working without having to cook a big dinner. One of my favorite things about this slow cooker is cleaning up, cleanup is a breeze with being able to take the stoneware pot out and put in the dishwasher along with the lid or you can easily wash them in the sink with warm soapy dish water. I would highly recommend this product.

Poor lid design-
Lid should have options lay on top or clamp down for transport. You can only clamp down and woujd be super inconvenient to just lift lid , stir or check meal then lay lid down again. You need to use not to avoid burns on hands. Very poor design - returned.
