Not to my taste in food preparation.
Not a time saver for my needs, as I felt I could prepare the two items I was cooking for dinner much faster the old fashioned way.

awesome machine just not happy with the latch
We have loved this machine.. quiet , easy to clean and cooks amazingly well. I bought one for a friend too. But....recently we noticed the latch was not working and the machine was not turning on unless I open and close the lid a few times. it still cooks but the lid wont stay up when you take the food out or want to shake the basket midway.

Works great!
I've had this a couple weeks and have been testing out a few different foods in it. We started with chicken nuggets for the kids and they turned out great in 12 minutes. Last night we put the fully cooked sausages in it for about 10 minutes and they were perfect. This has helped us prepare dinner a lot quicker without heating up the oven and house. One thing I will mention is that you shouldn't use this while positioned under your cabinets. Since the venting is on top, it heated the wood cabinets.

Very quiet and works quickly
Not only does this product help make healthier fried foods, but it cooks them so much quicker than I imagined. Another bonus is how quiet the motor is. i've tried a few air fryers in the past, and none of them worked as well or as quiet as this one. It is on the smaller size, so you can't cook a lot at one time, but that's not a big deal since it cooks quickly. I've made several things from chicken to tater tots and I'm very pleased with the performance.

Extremely high quality product, every item have a tried was perfect. I am usually very particular about fried items as a comparative I tried the air fryer vs regular frying to check the taste and was pleasantly surprised that salmon, chicken pretty much everything tasted as good as if not better than regular frying. The basket can be picked up and the top stays in place. Though initially was apprehensive about the cleaning process it has been nothing but a breeze. Love this baby

Love this air fryer!
Let me just say, my husband was not happy that I was being home another kitchen appliance. However, when I made a quick batch of super crispy fries to go with our dinner one night, I heard no more complaints! This machine seems to be a little less bulky than some air fryers on the market, but does a wonderful job. It takes a little experimenting to get the right time and temp, but I'm not concerned at all. I love trying new things in it and it's brought exciting new life to the freezer aisle of the grocery store. Frozen wontons are especially delicious. If I had to list a complaint, it would only be that the touch screen took a little getting used to. For example, when selecting the food type, you then have to touch the time/temp button before adjusting either. The up and down arrows don't do anything until you hit that button even though the screen is flashing the time and temp. This is a really nitpicky complaint though. The machine is great and surprisingly easy to clean. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

Frustrated and Disappointed in this air fryer
Item stopped working after being used around 8 or 9 times. After selecting a mode, all it does is beep and wont start. After trying for over an hour, I was able to get it to start and it automatically shut down after 2-3 minutes. Extremely frustrating as this was supposed to be a high-end elite air fryer. I have not called customer service. As a Macy's platinum card holder I am thoroughly disappointed in this product..
