Nice and soft but not really white

I purchased this item for my daughter to wear at her wadding in case it got cold later in the evening, and it is very nice and soft, but it is not as white as it looks in the picture, it's a bit more of a cream color, I was hoping for pure white other than that it was very nice and a great quality item.

Quality plus , so soft to the touch

So soft! Very high quality, lined with a satin like fabric. Two large snaps hold it securely. Could even be adjusted if needed to be by sewing the snaps into different places. I am so pleased with it. Worth paying a bit more for than the wedding sights for like 20 to get something of superior quality that will last more than a day and does not shed / for strangely.
