Attractive, slimming dress!

I liked everything about this dress except for the length of the cowl neck. It went down to my waist and was just, I felt, too over-powering for a petite figure. If you carry more weight in your midriff, this might work for you. I am returning it. I purchased the petite 4. For reference, I an 5' 2" tall and 107 lbs. The length was great and it fit well in the hips. I just felt the cowl neck was too dominate.
