Very Pretty ** but**...

This is a beautiful dress. I ordered it online to wear as a guest to a wedding. Unfortunately the fit is very quirky. The bust is right on but the well of the sleeve sets far below the armpit. Also the hip is too wide. Any alteration would off set the pleats.
