I prefer the fresher product
I received this foundation and checked the batch code, it has been more than 17 months. I thought it was unopened and was OK to use. Then I tried it, the texture was thicker than I owned before, had to mix this with some other things. Even though I turned the jar upside down, the cream didn’t move a little. I like the product but wish Macy could make their inventory more fresh.

Elizabeth Arden Ceramide coverup
Way too heavy for older individuals with fine lines. I barely touched with my makeup brush, and it was so thick, I had to wipe a lot away. I will be returning this product. It enhanced every line in my face.
Not good for mature skin
Horrible product as it settles into every wrinkle and emphasizes texture lines.
The Worst Experience! No color match to 06
I was told by a rep that this would be the same as the 06 that I wore for years. It is not. It’s too light and is a horrible color with a pink/grey cast. There’s no chart to find the color I used for years to match the current color chart or changes. Now I have to find another and pray it will match. I’ve opened it and tried it but it’s no good, so I can’t return it. It’ll cost more for the shipping even if I could return it. Why change colors without providing a chart match. I’ve always loved Elizabeth Arden, because I’m not allergic to it; but I can’t go into a store and buy it. I had to put a light coat of another brand and it feels so heavy it’s horrible. If they’re going out of business I need to find another brand.

Fabulous makeup!
This makeup is sheer and has incredible coverage. It looks natural but gives your face a beautiful finish. I would be devastated if they ever discontinued it!
Great for mature skin!
I purchased this foundation about two weeks ago. I have mature skin, that I would call normal for the most part. I think it’s mostly “normal” because I’m very diligent with my skincare routine, so my skin never really has a chance to get dry, nor is it oily. I’ve been wanting to try a cream foundation, and this one fulfilled my wishes perfectly! It’s great for mature skin. I would say the coverage is medium, but buildable according to one’s needs. It really looks nice and wears well all day without separating or oxidizing. It also does not settle into fine lines or wrinkles which is a big plus. I’m very pleased to have it in my “foundation wardrobe”. I also purchased the EA Flawless Start Primer, which I like very much too. Overall, I’m having a great experience with these products. I would definitely recommend them for most skin types, but especially for mature skin.
